These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Book Mobile Planetarium website and all services related to booking, payments, and participation in educational programs. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Booking Policy
Bookings for the Book Mobile Planetarium are accepted through our official website or authorized representatives only. All details provided during the booking process must be accurate and complete. Any incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation of your booking.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from our end. Tentative or unconfirmed bookings will not be considered valid.
3. Payment Processing
All payments for bookings are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your card details or banking information.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
In the event of technical issues or gateway failures, the Trust shall not be liable for any transaction errors or delays caused by third-party systems.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event or session. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@bookmobileplanetarium.com.
Once the event arrangements have been finalized or the session is underway, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
are processed only under the following conditions:
- Cancellation within the permitted timeframe (48 hours before event).
- Double payment or transaction error confirmed by the payment gateway.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
Refunds are not issued Refunds for no-shows, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the session once it has taken place.
6. Rescheduling Policy
If an institution or individual wishes to reschedule a confirmed booking, a written request must be sent to info@bookmobileplanetarium.com at least 72 hours before the event. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal and institutional information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data for communication, event coordination, and payment processing.
8. Pricing Policy
All prices listed on the website are in INR and subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary depending on the type of session, location, and group size. Taxes and applicable fees will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
9. Conduct and Responsibilities
Participants are expected to maintain discipline and respect the educational environment during sessions. Any damage to equipment or property during a session will be the responsibility of the host institution or organizer.
10. Limitation of Liability
Book Mobile Planetarium is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation issues, or technical failures.
In such cases, rescheduling will be offered where possible, but refunds will not be guaranteed.
11. Changes to Terms
Book Mobile Planetarium reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
